Dr. Tay Jia Sheng completed Advanced Specialist Training in General Surgery in Singapore and is an accredited specialist registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) and Ministry of Health (MOH). He has undergone extensive training at renowned institutions worldwide, including the US, Australia, South Korea, and Thailand.
With experience in minimally invasive vascular, endovascular and venous surgery, Dr. Tay provides a range of evidence-based treatment options. His practice focuses on appropriate techniques to address individual patient needs safely and effectively.

Dr. Tay Jia Sheng is a vascular specialist with more than 20 years in clinical practice, shaped by an extensive tenure in public healthcare where he managed a significant proportion of vascular cases nationally.
His scope of care includes varicose veins, chronic wounds, aortic aneurysms, deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and blocked arteries, with a focus on minimally invasive treatments that support recovery and lower complication risks.
His surgical expertise spans EVAR, TEVAR, vein harvesting, atherectomy, intravascular ultrasound, lithotripsy and catheter-based clot removal.
Beyond clinical work, Dr. Tay established the Vascular & Endovascular Service at Sengkang General Hospital and continues to contribute as a faculty member at NUS and NTU, where he has been recognised for his teaching contributions.
We treat a range of venous conditions, including varicose veins, spider veins, DVT, pelvic venous congestion syndrome and chronic venous insufficiency, with treatment tailored to each patient.
We provide endovascular treatment for aortic aneurysms (weakening and ballooning of the aorta) and dissections (life-threatening tears in the vessel wall), with care focused on safety and long-term management.
We provide care for non-healing wounds, including diabetic foot ulcers, limb salvage in diabetes, venous ulcers, and pressure sores. Our approach focuses on timely intervention, reducing complications and supporting long-term healing and mobility.
Cholesterol and calcium build-up, along with ageing, can lead to peripheral arterial disease (PAD) and carotid artery disease (CAD). These may cause leg pain, slow-healing sores or increased stroke risk. Treatments are available to manage the condition and relieve symptoms.
We provide comprehensive management of dialysis access, including creation, maintenance, and treatment of dysfunctional accesses using minimally invasive procedures. Our goal is to ensure reliable support for effective dialysis.
